We'll also consider the application of Erin’s research for childhood obesity policy interventions that are currently underway in Washington and throughout our nation.

She will help us discern through the scientific and popular culture information available on the topic of psychology of stress, through changes in brain chemistry, that lead to changes in how we eat during these times and how these stress-adaptation eating behaviors eventually lead to weight gain if not managed properly.
